ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE
EDITIONS DINAMOND is a limited liability company, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under no. 423 747 542, whose registered office is at 3 Quai Lamennais, 35000 RENNES, France.

In connection with the use of the website www.monade-alimentaire.fr and with subscription to the LA MONADE ALIMENTAIRE programme, EDITIONS DINAMOND carries out various processing operations on Personal data (hereinafter your « Data ») in its capacity as Data controller.
EDITIONS DINAMOND places privacy and respect for Data at the heart of its concerns.
EDITIONS DINAMOND protects your private life by ensuring the protection, confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of the Data you entrust to it.
EDITIONS DINAMOND undertakes that this policy, and the way it is applied in practice, complies with the personal data protection framework (hereinafter the « Applicable Regulations »), and in particular with:
• The General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the « GDPR »);
• The French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by Act no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018;
• Decree no. 2019-536 of 29 May 2019 issued for the application of Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties. This policy may change in line with the legal and regulatory context, and in the light of the doctrine of the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority (hereinafter the « CNIL »).
ARTICLE 2. POINT OF CONTACT
In order to ensure that its practices comply with the Applicable Regulations, EDITIONS DINAMOND has appointed a personal data protection officer (hereinafter the « Officer »).
The Officer is your first point of contact with EDITIONS DINAMOND on matters of personal data protection.
You may contact the Officer with any question about the processing of your Data and about exercising your rights over it (see article 8) by email at the following address: monade.alimentaire.contact@gmail.com.
ARTICLE 3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The term « personal data » (hereinafter « Data ») means any information relating to a natural person which makes it possible to identify them, whether directly or indirectly.
EDITIONS DINAMOND takes care to collect and process only Data that is strictly necessary in the light of the purpose for which it is processed (the principle of Data minimisation).
Data may be collected by EDITIONS DINAMOND, depending on the case:
• While browsing the website www.monade-alimentaire.fr ;
• Through the form used by Visitors to create a personal area;
• When subscribing to the LA MONADE ALIMENTAIRE programme;
• While a User follows the LA MONADE ALIMENTAIRE programme, where they have taken out a subscription.
Please note that in certain cases some Data must be provided, failing which EDITIONS DINAMOND will not be able to deal with your request or to let you benefit from its services. EDITIONS DINAMOND cannot be held at fault for collecting data it did not ask for — such data will be deleted.

Once the retention periods indicated have elapsed, the Data is anonymised — so that it is no longer possible, irreversibly, to identify you — or destroyed.
ARTICLE 5. RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Recipients within EDITIONS DINAMOND
Internally, the recipients of your Data are the people in charge of the relationship with Users, of the performance of contracts, of prospecting and of administration (invoicing, etc.).
Recipients outside EDITIONS DINAMOND
Your Data may be processed in the name and on behalf of EDITIONS DINAMOND by trusted service providers (the « Processors »).
Where that is the case, we make sure that all the Processors we work with preserve the confidentiality and security of the Data.
EDITIONS DINAMOND calls upon Processors whose services require your Data to be processed:
• Processors who assist it in running the website www.monade-alimentaire.fr (IT providers);
• Advertising agencies, marketing and/or web agencies which run advertising, marketing and commercial campaigns;
• Processors who advise our company (auditor, chartered accountant, lawyer, IT consultant, etc.).
EDITIONS DINAMOND may also have to disclose your Data to professional institutions such as:
• The courts;
• Officers of the court (bailiffs, notaries and lawyers);
• The CNIL;
• Mediation bodies.
EDITIONS DINAMOND neither rents out nor sells the Data, including for commercial prospecting purposes.
ARTICLE 6. TRANSFERS OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
EDITIONS DINAMOND may have to call upon the services of Processors that require your Data to be transferred to a country outside the European Union.
These transfers are necessary for EDITIONS DINAMOND to provide its services.
Should you refuse to have your Data transferred to a country outside the European Union, EDITIONS DINAMOND will not be able to provide its services.
In any event, EDITIONS DINAMOND calls only upon trusted Processors and makes sure that sufficient safeguards are in place to keep your Data secure.
ARTICLE 7. SECURITY OF THE PERSONAL DATA
EDITIONS DINAMOND undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure a level of security suited to the risk incurred for the rights and freedoms of natural persons in connection with the processing referred to above.
In particular, every member of staff at EDITIONS DINAMOND is bound by a duty of confidentiality and is made aware of personal data protection, through training among other things.
EDITIONS DINAMOND chooses Processors or third parties that offer a high level of safeguards as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures, so that the processing of the Data meets the requirements of the Applicable Regulations on personal data protection.
Should an incident occur that affects the Data, EDITIONS DINAMOND undertakes, within the framework imposed by the Applicable Regulations, to notify it to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) as soon as possible after becoming aware of it, and to inform the Data subjects where necessary.
ARTICLE 8. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Right of access, rectification, restriction and erasure. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by Act no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 and with the GDPR, as a person concerned by the processing of Data, you have the right:
• to access the Data,
• to have the Data rectified,
• to have information concerning you erased, under the conditions set out in article 17 of the GDPR,
• to have the processing restricted,
• to lay down general and specific instructions setting out how you intend your rights to be exercised after your death.
Right to object
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data and to that Data being used for commercial prospecting or profiling.
Right to data portability
Where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to the portability of your Data. In accordance with article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the Data concerning you that has been provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to pass that Data on to another data controller without our company standing in the way.
Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL
Lastly, you may, where appropriate, lodge a complaint with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes). To do so, you may contact the CNIL by post or by telephone (details available here: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/vous-souhaitez-contacter-la-cnil).
You may exercise these rights by proving your identity and contacting EDITIONS DINAMOND at the email address: monade.alimentaire.contact@gmail.com.

You will receive an answer within a maximum of one (1) month from the date your request is received. That period may be extended by a further two (2) months given the complexity and/or the number of requests.
Should there be reasonable doubt as to your identity, and in so far as it cannot be verified otherwise, EDITIONS DINAMOND may ask for a copy of your identity document.
